Preferred Lenders for Prefabricated Homes

We will be happy to connect you with trusted lenders and insurance companies when the time comes. Trust our team’s knowledge and experience as you plan your next home project or development.

Financing Options for Prefabricated Homes

Completed prefabricated homes are financed the same way as conventional homes. They can qualify for conventional financing, as well as Federal Housing Administration (FHA), U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA), and Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) loans. The application process and loan terms are the same as for other homes. If your project requires a construction loan, it can also be obtained through conventional methods, your loan officer and underwriter just need to be aware of the different timelines and construction methods.
