Financing Options for Prefabricated Homes
Completed prefabricated homes are financed the same way as conventional homes. They can qualify for conventional financing, as well as Federal Housing Administration (FHA), U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA), and Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) loans. The application process and loan terms are the same as for other homes. If your project requires a construction loan, it can also be obtained through conventional methods, your loan officer and underwriter just need to be aware of the different timelines and construction methods.

What is your design-build-delivery process?
Our process includes four key stages:
Design Consultation: We communicate with clients to define the project vision.
Module Design & Manufacturing: Modules are prefabricated in our factory.
Transport & On-Site Assembly: Completed modules are shipped and assembled on-site.
Delivery & Handover: Final inspection and handover to the client with post-support.
Do you offer financing support?
We help connect clients with third-party financing partners and also offer tailored payment and financing options for developers. Please contact our sales team for more information.
How long does a project take from start to finish?
Compared to traditional construction, modular construction reduces total project time by 30–50%. Most projects can be completed within 3–6 months.
Which regions do you serve?
We currently operate in China, Southeast Asia, the Middle East, and North America. Global delivery and on-site installation are supported.
Do your modular buildings meet local building codes?
Yes. Our products are designed to meet local building regulations, structural requirements, fire ratings, and energy efficiency standards in each target market.
